2.1 Celorin accepts return requests within sixty (60) days from the confirmed delivery date.

2.2 Requests submitted after the 60-day period will automatically be considered ineligible.

3.2 The defect or damage must have existed at the time the product was received.

5. Return Shipping Requirements

5.2 All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5.3 Celorin strongly recommends the use of a trackable shipping service.

5.4 Celorin is not liable for return shipments lost in transit.

6. Restocking Charges

Celorin does not apply any restocking fees to approved returns.
